First: Oyster Mushroom Toast Whipped herb boursin cheese on San Francisco sourdough toast with white wine-braised oyster mushrooms tossed in balsamic reduction, fresh herbs, pickled red onion, butter-toasted pine nuts, and microgreens.
Second: Strawberry Burrata Salad Sliced heirloom cherry tomatoes, sliced strawberries, basil pestu, crispy prosciutto, burrata, lava ash sea salt, torn fresh basil, red wine reduction, and cornbread crouton crumbles.
Third: Lightly Blackened Grouper Seared grouper served with a street corn salad over wild rice and garnished with microgreens.
